Using 3 rows in data feed to show 3 dynamic images but image rotation is random?

Has anyone else encountered this and is there a way around it?

I believe the random order is intended behavior which is set by the Google Recommendation Engine based on a number of user signals. You might contact support for your publisher (AdWords, DoubleClick, etc) to see if you can control that order. There is no change in Google Web Designer that will affect that order of dynamic feed results.
