Tap to Call/SMS click tracking problem in DFP

Dear all,

I'm having problem with my mobile 320x100 creative created in GWD. My call to action component is Tap to Call/SMS.

Problem is DFP is tracking impressions but it is NOT tracking clicks?

Please review attached images for better understanding of the components i used and settings. AND HELP ME!!!
