Offline installer for Google Web Designer

Can someone please tell me about offline installer of Google Web Designer. Is it available? or any other software for creating websites but in offline mode. please help me out.

download google web designer on computer that is connected to the internet.
when download finish. go to C:\Program Files\Google\Update\Download
and find the file among few directories the file name should be googlewebdesigner_win_x86_1.3.10.0.exe something like this copy this.

Sorry, but I cant find the file  googlewebdesigner_win_x86_1.3.10.0.exe in folder C:\Program Files\Google\Update\Download

An internet connection is required to download and use Google Web Designer.

(search this folder for googlewebdesigner you will get installer copy this offline installer for future reinstall)
