Why does layout break when you zoom?

When I try to zoom into my banner, text starts to break to new lines and my background div moves off from the document, is this normal?

Hi Sai,

This sounds like a bug.  Can you consistently reproduce it?  What did you do the zoom?  Can you provide us with the author html file so we can try reproducing it?  Please attach the html file here or email it to gwd-s...@google.com. Please note that only html file can be attached or emailed, not the zip file.
