[Feature request] GotoAndPlay/GotoAndPause should be able to accept time value and/or [Start] / [End]

It isn't fun having to create a label whenever you want to use GotoAndPlay or GotoAndPause.

It would be nice if GotoAndPlay could accept the following:

• Time value - GotoAndPlay(0) goes to the start of the animation.  GotoAndPlay(3) goes to 3 seconds in to the animation.  GotoAndPlay(-3) goes to 3 seconds before the animation ends.
• [Start] - A default value available in the dropdown that goes to the start of the animation.
• [End] - A default value available in the dropdown that goes to the last frame of the animation.
