keyframing a 120x600 banner - save/close/reopen - keyframes have disappeared - anybody else encounter this?

20+ layers
several copy-pasted (duplicate) assets
easing also randomly disallowed

thx

nevermind - was inserting keyframes as placeholders without immediately changing any values - without a value change the frames don't get written into the html and thereby disappear on reopen - look at me all beta testing!

I've had the exact same problem and I'm having it now. I spend a lot of time making keyframe animations. I save and close my project and then reopen. When I open it up again, all the keyframes are gone. I really don't know what I did wrong. I just hope this bug gets fixed fast!

Thanks.

Just encountered this. We were creating a banner with multiple layers. Everything was yesterday and the project ready to publish. Re-opened the file today to change some text and a whole layer's keyframes are missing and we had to re-do all the animation.

Using version 1.5.4.0113 (Shell: 1.2.4.0) on Windows 7 64-bit for your reference.

Google Web Designer has been a very frustrating experience for all of us.

Hi,
I am sorry that you have encountered this issue and had to redo all the animation!
I supposed the animations were there in the code, but failed to draw keyframes in the Timeline.
If that happens again, could you try to preview the animation to see if animation still play.

Anyway, I would like to replicate the issue, so could you please send us your file?

Thanks,
Mariko (GWD team)

This issue is still present and it's incredibly frustrating. Can you guys try and fix it?

I have files that I can open in GWD but there are no keyframes present on the timeline.

When I preview the banner it plays fine but I can't make any changes to the banner as the keyframes aren't visible to amend.

Could you please send us your pre-published files in zip so that we can take a look?

Any solution to this? I have the same issue.

My element which was an img is animated and had keyframes. Now the layer somehow says the element is a div, the layer name disappeared and the keyframes disappeared. The animation still occurs as it is still in the css code, but there are no keyframes to edit.

ryanfaria1, please share the GWD author file (not the publish file) with me privately or on gwd-s...@google.com so we can help you take a look.
