Can't copy/paste Keyframes in Timeline?

Created some animations using key frames and was able to copy and paste key frames no problem within the Timeline.

Created a brand new Doubleclick Ad using the same settings and now I can't copy/paste any keyframes at all!
I'm not sure what changed or occurred but now even right-clicking and hitting paste key-frame does nothing.

Anyone else experiencing this?

I'm sorry for the delay in responding to your message. Were you able to resolve the issue by quitting Google Web Designer and launch it again?
