I was looking for a way to rotate the gradient. Does any of you know how to do that?

Hi,
We don't have a tool to modify gradient in GWD, but have a feature request for it.
You might be able to change the angle of the linear gradient in Code view using CSS for div elements.

change the line:
background-image: -webkit-linear-gradient(top, rgb(4, 36, 77) 0%, rgb(255, 255, 255) 100%);
TOP - LEFT - RIGHT - BOTOM to set the gradient direction
