Hi there,

I faced an issue which only arise when there is more layers or keyframes.

I mostly using GWD to build online banners. When i first started a new file, i will insert a tap area, it is able to click at first, but after awhile with more layering and keyframe, the button won't work anymore on firefox. But there is no problem when playing the same banner in Chrome.

I experienced this in both Sizmek and Double Click ad format. Could you advice if this able to be fix?

Thanks!

Hi Yenc,

Please try the following steps from this forum post  (https://groups.google.com/forum/#!msg/gwdbeta/OAHXRwS7sbM/7omnaQ6yPgAJ):

1. Go to the Code View in GWD
2. Look for this CSS class in the code: .gwd-page-content
3. Set the "transform-style" as "flat"
4. Republish your creative.

Hope this helps.

Thanks

Sukhbir

worked for me as well.  This is great.  I spent 3 hours trying to "fix" Firefox by moving layers, etc.

THANK YOU Sukhbir!

This works, but it isn't really a fix that we should be doing? Surely there needs to be an update to GWD to resolve this issue?

Hi studio60vn,

Unfortunately there is no way to do that now. We have a feature request to be able to have this functionality, a layer that persists across all pages but this feature request has not yet been prioritized.

Thanks,
San
