Issue with 30s animation rule

Hi there, I have got an issue about "Animation in image ads". For the third month in a row I'm changing just text field, but now system dissalowed all my ads, because of "animation". I don't understand it because animation has only 29.2s and no looping.

where should I look for problem/solution?

The following is not allowed:

Animations that last longer than 30 seconds

Note: Shorter animations can loop or repeat, but must stop after 30 seconds."

I just tried uploading your published file and also the published file from the author file you shared and it works fine in both the New AdWords and the old UI.

Works on "test" account.
Works on "main ad" account, If banner has just edited name (weird), or was reuploaded.
It doesn't work on "main ad" account if multiple changes/uploads are done. Then everything is "disapproved". It was necessary to call Google representative by ad manager. Now manually approved. But this solution is uncomfortable.

I don't understand why bot "disapprove" all at once, If there was only reupload for newer version with changed text field, and also If you said, "works fine in both". :(

This sounds like an AdWords issue and not Google Web Designer. Can you please send me the following info privately or to gwd-s...@google.com so I can report the issue to AdWords team?

Account id, advertiser, and campaign with the issue.
