YouTube video jumps when timeline paused

I have a strange thing happening. I would like the timeline to pause as I play a short YouTube video (with the YouTube video component) and once the video is complete have it jump to a specific frame later on down the timeline.

I have everything working except for the pause. If I leave the pause out (and just let the video play to the end) it jumps to the frame I want it to (assuming I set the frame label at about 20s). But as soon as I try to pause the timeline at say 0.5s (so I don't have a timeline that stretches 20s+) as soon as the video starts it instantly jumps PAST the frame with the label all the way to the very last frame, bypassing all animations.

Is this a glitch or how can I pause the timeline until a YouTube video completes and then continue playing from a frame label?
