Html5 code integrated in joomla

Hello, I created an animated banner, and added the code in joomla, rotate the banner, but anywhere I put the code it does not show anything, just this "#" symbol, the index.html file generated by it, running alone the banner usually works, but if I add this code within custom code in joomla does not work. What can I be doing wrong?

I also have the same problem but with wordpress. How can i add a banner made in GWD in wordpress?
