Hi Aron,

It's really simple to create a blink animation using GWD's timeline.
  • Select your element on the stage
  • Create 3 keyframes in your timeline. It should look something like this:

  • Select the middle keyframe.
  • Using the Properties Panel, change the Opacity value to 0.
If you play your animation, you should notice that your element disappears and reappears. To make it blink continuously, make sure you animation is set to loop.

I hope that helps!

Hi Jasmine,

Sorry I wasn't clear enough in my question.

I would like to make certain pieces of text on the  screen blink when I hover my mouse over it.  And then when I remove the mouse from hovering over it the blinking should stop.

Please look at some of the stuff I have developed in Adobe Edge to see what I mean  http://arongross.com/LessonPlan/Siddur/01-Shema/01-ShemaPart-2/01-Shema-Part-2-beginner.html

It works best in firefox.  You just hover the mouse over certain letters and it brings up these blinking lines to group the words together.  Can you do this in webdesigner?

regards,
Aron
