Is Export Kit for GWD possible?

I would like to know if you support plugin development of any kind, and where (if any) can I find documentation. Our Android Output is very unique, along with our other environments - we could provide a powerful tool for GWD. There are a lot of additional features packed in Export Kit, I would like to get an idea of the work involved in creating a version for GWD.
