REQUEST: Allow arrows to step through dropdown lists

Hi There,

This seems to be application-wide but here's one example:
- Create a new document and use the template manager
- Type '970' into the search box
- A helpful list of suggestions come up

But you can't use the down arrow to step through the list and select one.

NOTE: Any time we reach for the mouse, it costs time and therefrom money. And it's the things we do hundreds of times a day that cost us the most (many in our own industry don't understand this).
