How to ad slide show

I have made custom layout for dynamic product html ad. As in attached screenshot. it show three product at a time, i want to make slider show it can slide the whole div and show another batch of product. Is there any way to achieve that. I feed have total 9 product , i am trying to show all product in single ad, so i need to idea to slide the three product at once.
