How can I get this to work with GoogleApps site

Googleapps site builder is very basic and this tool looks like the solution to my problem, however googleapps doesn't let you upload to the server and googledrive no longer allows hosting, this seems a big weakness when their own products don't work together, or am i missing something?

It has been very disappointing with my apps site as I can't use any web design software.
