I have been pulling my hair out trying to figure out how to loop an animation I created in GWD three times.
It is fairly easy to loop it infinitely but so far the instructions I have seen on how to loop animations THREE TIMES in a row and pause/end on a certain frame (ie. 4.2 seconds) so far have been unanswered on any of your discussions. There seems to be a plethora of higgledy piggledy, neither here nor there hacks that do not work and which to be honest are a bit confusing and misleading.
Please post CLEAR, CRISP instructions on how to loop an animation 3 times and end on a certain frame.
Please do not distract with old threads that don't answer anything and do not use rubbish code hacks that don't work.
Thank you in advance.
Brandon
Yes I can loop the animation 3 times by adding a keyframe at the end of each of the layers of the animation (8 seconds).
What I cannot do is loop 3 times AND (very important) on the LAST sequence or during the last loop stop on a certain frame (highlited in the visual as 4.3s).
Any suggestions?

So basically here is how you do it:
On each timeline div/img/tag etc. create a keyframe at the end each sequence in the place that is at the end of the animation. For me it was 8 seconds. Make sure each of these div/img/tag layers have a keyframe on 0 also because otherwise your loop will get all jumbled up with things starting at different times! All your end keyframes should now be neatly lined up at the end of your animation on the same time (ie. 8 seconds or however long your animation is). Now what you do is click the little blue arrow for each of these timeline layers (div/img etc) and choose a loop sequence of 2 or 3 times or however many times you want it to loop really - I used 3 because it's industry standard and on the 3rd sequence I want my timeline to pause on my end frame which I will explain next. So your timeline should now look something like this:

For the next phase, getting the animation to STOP/PAUSE in the middle of your last sequence (or wherever you want it) just look at the timeline after you have added the loops - they have extending the time sequence greyed out to the right 3 times (because I chose loop 3 times). Scroll to the last greyed out loop on the timeline and click on the timeline where you want your endframe. Now click on the grey diamond for 'events'. Double click the grey diamond which appears on your timeline and choose in the dialog box: 'Timeline' then click 'Pause'.
Thats it.
Done and dusted.
Your animation will play 3 times and will pause/stop on a pre-chosen frame/time.
Jobs a good 'un.
