Hi,

I received a GWD ad from one of our clients and it has only the webkit styles, so the ad is not working in Firefox and IE. There's an easy way to add this MOZ (firefox) styles to the add?

I'm attaching the ad so you can give a look if is needed.

Many thanks in advance,

Best,

Hi ,

Thanks for sending us the files . It was really helpful to debug .

 1  EBLoader.js  file is missing in the project folder  . Please add that file in project folder .

Also I notice that  there are some wrong quotation reference in the code  in script tags . Please fix them as below

Wrong  Quotation :
<script type="”text/javascript”" src="”EBLoader.js”"></script>
  <script type="”text/javascript”" src="”EB_GWD_script.js”"></script>

Correct one
<script type="text/javascript" src="EBLoader.js"></script>
  <script type="text/javascript" src="EB_GWD_script.js"></script>

Wrong Quotation  :
window.addEventListener(‘WebComponentsReady’,
        initEB, false);
Correct one
 window.addEventListener('WebComponentsReady',
        initEB, false);

 After fixing this Preview the file in different browser . Also make  sure vendor prefixes  is  checked when  publishing your file  .

Let me know if this helps.

Thanks
Sukhbir

Hi, Sukhbir

Thanks for your quickly response.

I fixed the issue that you mentioned and i can see the preview in Firefox inside GWD now, great! Besides that, my main problem is i cannot be able to see the ad properly out of GWD in Firefox. Please see the example:

http://platform.mediamind.com/Eyeblaster.Preview.Web/Default.aspx?previewID=l4xiwp%2B8%2Fn5Z3EiOgZgYzttv4HapN6CnU%2FligJRFQ7Jw5z3wc6rXLg%3D%3D&AdID=31278717&lang=en-US

Sizmek supports told me that this is about "moz" styles in CSS, but i don't know how to fix this.

In this case, the ad displays but never starts the animation, i have other examples which the ad only render the canvas.

Thanks a lot,

Sukhbir Kaur

Hi ,

Please  publish your file locally  with the vendor prefixes  checked as shown in the attached screenshot . Then upload the .zip file  .

Thanks.

Open file in GWD and then publish with all checked options except border if you dont want. If then dont work, you must develop new one banner.

Fede,

I did a rare mix of "authoring" and "published" code, including MOZ styles published like Sukhbir said above my answer. I'm using the entire <head> section of the published banner on the authoring file.

I can send you an example if i wasn't clear. Add me on skype: brian.viglianco.ims
