Creating expanding ads is straightforward in GWD, but a publisher we deal with requires an iframe buster in order to implement the expandable across their site(s). I have read about what iframe busters are and how to install them on the host server, but how should they be referenced/implemented in the ad through GWD?

As a follow-up, they use DFP for publishing.
