How do I animate a div when scrolling a page?

same here, help please! I'm creating 3 different animations. each one I want to start only when the browser view has down scrolled down to the animation file in view.

I wrap the code in a onscroll reveal, but it just reveals the content after the google web designer animation has already finished.

Is this theoretically possible?

1. pause all animations until the banner is visible?
2. make an animation dependent on the scrolling direction. like parallax scrolling?

We currently do not have a feature that allows you to animate on scroll, although this probably can be achieved with javascript and css in code view.
