Is the GWD for designing ADs or Websites?

I feel that the GWD doesn't state itself well.

As its name suggests, this is a software for designing websites; however, in its document(Help Center), it always refers to "creating an AD" here and there, which confuses me a lot.

Could you please update the document to make it more clear and have more tutorials?

E.g. how to create a responsive AppBar/Navigation Bar?

I cannot find this component, I know I could create it myself, but give this is a really commonly used component, so it's better to add it into Components collection for users.

Google web designer is more for creating ads, and smaller animations that may be used on a web page (Google Sites). You might look into Build Your Own Components (BYOC) to create a navigation bar.
