I get this message when trying to upload an ad made in GWD on yahoo:

The ad was made originally for AdWords, but the client wants to publish it on Yahoo also. I know I need to attach a clickTAG, the ad was attempted to be uploaded before this, to see if it was ok for yahoo. I got this response from yahoo:

"I tried uploading the the HTML5 ads in to my test advertiser and was able to replicate the error message "An error occurred while saving - Please try again." In order to try to figure this out I tried making changes to the HTML5 zip files. I was able to get the ad to upload if I removed all the png files or put all of the png files in a folder (updated zip file attached). The problem is that the png elements then won't display in the ad. The ad also doesn't click through. I couldn't find a clickTag in the HTML file.

The issue here looks to be with the way the ads are built."

I have the specs for yahoo but I can't see where Im going wrong with it. Any help??

Maybe you must change environment if is for Google Ads to Non-Google Ads

Hmm that could be it. I see instructions in the group to change environment to generic...is generic the same as non-google ad?

Yes it is the same, previously called generic.
