What is the default Frame Rate? Can you change this?

What is the default frame rate used in HTML5 ads created by GWD? And is there an option to change it like in Flash?

HTML5 animations doesnt have frame rate like Flash, they use real time, miliseconds, seconds and minutes.

Thanks for the reply. I didn't think it did but thought I may have been wrong when a client requested certain frame rates for an HTML5 ad. I suspect they mistakenly copied it into the media planner even though it was only for SWF ads.
