Performed download and install on 9/30 @ 3:30pm PST.
Starting program produced the following error message:
"The procedure entry point 'GetSystemDeraultLocaleName' could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll
Attempts to resolve:
Uninstalled, Rebooted, Re-installed.... Same error message.

XP Should be supported. Its a lot more stable than the newer MS OS's
