My Google Web Designer Preview Button is not working

I've rebooted my computer as well as uninstall/reinstalled the GWD program. Even after I am unable to utilize the preview button. Nothing happens and sometimes I get a ' ! Objectobject.' message which I am unsure what to do with. What else is there I can do?

Can you try the following steps?

1. Clear your cache

Application cache locations:
Windows: 
\Users\<username> \AppData\Local\Google\Google Web Designer\data\cache

MAC:
/Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Google/Web Designer/data/cache

2. Restart GWD

3. Create a new file with your favorite content

4. Preview

I have the same issue. Re-Installing GWD and clearing cache didn't help. What else can I do?

Having a similar issue with preview adding in duplicate keyframes to a previously saved and edited file.

Previewing externally and internally duplicate certain keyframes on random layers.

Scrapping and starting over.

Also faced with this problem, but I managed to solve it. Preview button did not work when the path to the folder containing the project files has Cyrillic letters, for example: E:\work\banners\банер_тест.
Try to use only English letters for names and pathes.

I'm having the exact same issues, although I didn't run into any errors. It's ridiculous that this is still a problem after so long. Is it related to operating system? I switched to Windows 10 when it was the last chance to do so for free.

This works! Botton didn`work because I had selected folder with non-english characters. So for the folders only english will work! Thanks!

Hey Guys,

I have the same issue but I fixed this, Can you check some problem.

1. Clear your cache.
2. Don't create name with special characters (need only English)
3. Disable Ad-Block or Any Plugin Block Ads on your Browser.
