Getting an error every time I try to upload an ad with Video

This all used to work before with no problem.

What am I doing wrong?

Hi Jenny,

I just tried uploading your file to DoubleClick Studio to our test account and it works fine for me. Can you please try again? If you still run into problem, please send me a private message with your Studio account info (Account, Advertiser, Campaign).
