Why can't I find shape tool on google web designer

I had wanted to add some rectangulars to my web page. But I cannot find shape tools in the tool bar. There is only pen tools, and it cannot be used for drawing any standard shapes.I am using the 1.5.1.1118 beta edition, which should be the latest one. Could somebody tells me what happens?

With the tag tool (div), you can make oval and circle using the corner radius.  We recommend that you use the tag tool for rectangle, square, oval or circle since shape tools come with the shape runtime which increases the size of your published file (in case size matters).

If you want to use the shape tools, click and hold the Pen tool icon to see the fly-out menu for other shape tools.
