Hello! I've been having some problems uploading my Google and DoubleClick HTML5 creatives to Adwords and DoubleClick Studio respectively. I'm working with Google Web Designer and I've followed all the steps from both, GWD's and DoubleClick support tutorials about creatives, yet when trying to upload I get the following errors:
(refer to the files Screen1 for Adwords, Screen2 for DoubleClick Studio).

Screen 1 says "the ad contains non-admitted file types."
Screen 2 says "New creative must include at least 1 clicktag in the HTML file"

The thing is, these .zip files are the ones generated by GWD after locally publishing my creatives, so all the file types should be ok (there's only 4 .png and 1 .html files) and I've used the Tap Area component with the exit event, so no idea what's wront with the clicktag.

I've added the files I'm trying to upload, 160x600 DCS for DoubleClick Studio and 120x600 Google for Adwords for revision, in case they are needed.

Can I get help with this, please?

Hi Nicolas,

I have tried uploading your attached zip files to my AdWords account and I can successfully upload them without errors, please see my screenshot:

I am not sure whether there is some restrictions in your AdWords account. It might be helpful to speak to an AdWords support rep about the errors you are receiving.

Hello Emily,
for some reason, it's now working for me as well, nothing changed in the .zip though.
It might have to do with Adwords, as you said.

I'll follow your advice, thanks for you help!
