shadow, reflection, filters in Properties

It would be great if we had shadow, reflection, filters controls in the Properties panel, similar to what Hype has available. Otherwise I need to resort to things like this http://css3gen.com/box-shadow/ in order to graphically set these styles outside of the page I'm editing.
