Can I create pages with Google responsive web designer?

I tried to set up a page with objects and buttons. When I saved it was not responsive (it keeps the preset sizes). I make some mistake?
I did not find instructions about how i can create a page or a banner so that it is responsive. If there is something, I can have a link?

You can use Tap Area component to create buttons and assign an action to Tap Area component in the Events panel.
