Multiple layouts from a single file (dynamic remarketing - adwords)

Hello,

Is it possible to create multiple layouts (e.g., 300x250, 336x280, etc.) for Dynamic Remarketing on AdWords from the same file?

I've been trying with responsive layouts but couldn't make it work.
