Animation not working on Chrome & Safari on Mac

I created banners in GWD, and tested it on windows. It works fine on chrome, safari and firefox. But when I am testing it on a Mac banners are not appearing on Chrome & safai.

Any solution would be much appreciated.

Hi Sajid,

Can you check on Mac to see if there is any ad-blocking extension installed or enabled in the browser such as Chrome? Please uninstall the ad-blockers and then try preview the banner file again.
