How to open a previously created GWD file?

I've created a few ads in GWD that now need updating. I can't seem to open the old ads to edit. These include ads done in the latest release.

I basically designed an ad yesterday and exported it out, client approved it with one minor change. Other than re-building the ad from scratch, I can't see how to import the whole file back in for editing again.

How is this done?

Hi Julian,

Just to clarify, when you say "exported", do you mean you publish the file (using Publish Locally)? And when you say "import", were you trying to open the published file in GWD?

Published file cannot be opened for edit in GWD, you need to edit the original source file and then republish. 

Just wonder if you see any error when you open the source file of your ad? What did the error message say? Would you like to send your source file to gwd-s...@google.com so that we can take a look?
