VIEWPORT ISSUE - Stage moving on its own every time a move an object

Every time I move an object even one pixel, the viewport goes nuts and just flies to another position tipically upper left goign outside of the satge center.

This is frustrating and obnoxious. This issually happens when zoomed in and inside a groupd ( though sometimes it happens outside the group).

This was happening previous the latets update, but now is more consistent and recurrent. Please provide a fix or  solution.

Thanks for reporting the issue to us. Please help us reproduce it by providing the test file and the exact steps to reproduce. Open the file in Google Web Designer, select File > Save as zip...Upload the zip to Google Drive and share the url with us.
