Delay on Expanding Banner (GWD / DCS)

Hi,

I have created an expandable banner, which works. However the client wishing for there to be a delay for a few seconds in the mouseOver event prior to the MPU expanding.

Is this possible? Or is there a setting I can amend when publishing to DoubleClick Studio?
