Cannot Create a New File

Google please help.

everything was working perfectly yesterday, but today i am trying to create a new file. google web designer is only creating an empty folder and no new file. I tried reinstalling the software and still the same issue. please help this is urgent as i have a deadline for a client.

If you are on the Mac, quit Google Web Designer if it's running, launch Terminal and run the following command:

rm -rf ~/Library/Application\ Support/Google/Web\ Designer/data/cache/

On Linux: rm -rf ~/.local/share/google-web-designer/data/cache

If you are on Windows, delete the following folder:

• HD:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Google\Google Web Designer\data\cache(note: you need to enable “Show hidden files, folders, and drives” in Folder options View tab)
