Brand new to GWD, trying to interrupt video to play animation…

Working on a project which was started in another app, but hoping to find a solution here.

Need to interrupt a video to play a javascript animation twice during the video (which is very long) and again at the very end and cannot figure out how to attach the actions to the video timeline and not the canvas timeline.

Any help (in or out of GWD) would be greatly appreciated as this project is now running overtime and this is the crucial last piece.

You can sort of do this with YouTube component's quartile events to play the animation after the video is viewed 25%, 50% or 75% but there's no way to know when the exact time is reached.  It's not possible to do this with the video component either.  
 
I will file a feature request.
