Design view side collapsible side panel to always stretch to the maximum available height

Property, css (all opened side panels) should stretch to occupy all the available height.

At the moment I have to manually resize all panes after every time I collapse an opened one. This is not fun after a while :(

It will be very useful, in my opinion, to have the opened side panels resize to take all the available height space.
