GWD not working on Lubuntu 15.10 64 bit

Dear GWD team,
I was tried to install GWD on my pc which is using Lubuntu 15.10 as the OS,
I've tried to follow all installation instructions and I've also tried to configure the Proxy in this file ~/.local/share/google-web-designer/preferences/settings.conf it doesn't help at all, as when I launched GWD, it only showing White Blank Space.

Note: I'm not behind any proxy server, so my configuration file is like this:
[WindowInfo]
width=1024
height=680
left=448
top=200

[Settings]
no-proxy-server=TRUE
