Polite Load - How to indicate what to load and when?

Hello,

I'm creating a banner in GWD that needs a polite load. I need to load some .js libraries and I'd like them to load after the polite load, I also want that the animation runs after it, but I don't know how to specify that.

I have a timeline animation that works fine, but how I know it won't start running as soon as the banner loads?
