I need to say, Im a beginner, I dont have any clue of Java or php or whatever is used in the background of GWD beside HTML and CSS.

And Im pretty sure, this is a freaking easy task, but I just dont get it. I want to have a Button pulsing, I mean getting a bit bigger in an animation and then decreasing its size again. Just as simple as that.
But if I have my P with the CTA and try to increase its fontsize in a Keyframe, its just changing the size in all Keyframes.

So Is there a way to animate that? With an event or I just dont know, I googled that for hours and it seems its such a basic thing, that just nobody mentions the solution anywhere. I would be so happy if anybody could help me.

Hi,

So, are you asking how to change font sizes in keyframe animation?
If so, please follow the steps below. It is kind of tricky, but hope it will work for you.

1) Type some text on the stage the way you want it to look like at the beginning of the animation

2) Add a keyframe

3) Select Text tool as the text on the stage still being selected

4) Change the font size from the option bar at the top

5) Move the playhead to other time count (e.g, towards right)

6) As the text tool and text still selected, change the font size again

7) This should insert a new keyframe at the playhead position

8) Hit "Play" button in the timeline to see the animation replay on the stage

Could you try the steps to see if that works for you?

Thanks,
Mariko (GWD team)

Just an info : carefull to not directly copy/paste the text from an other application (outlook by example) it can freeze the size button and make it buggy : have to copy/past in the notepad before...
