Image not displaying in preview

Hi everyone

I am having a little trouble with an image on GWD. I have imported it into my timeline and moved it to where it needs to be. My problem is when I preview it the image does not appear. I know it's there but it just won't display. Does anyone know how I can solve this. I know it's not the image as it is working fine in different ad sizes.
