CSS Animations

Hi,

First off, I am not a developer, so please bear with me whilst I fumble around correct terminology!

Is it possible to animate elements, using pre-coded css animations? I am namely talking about the Animate.css bundle found here https://daneden.github.io/animate.css/.

I have followed a couple of tutorials on how to add this, but can't seem to get it to work on GWD. Perhaps it isn't supported and I am just an idiot!
