How can I link to browser?

Hi all,

I make a banner and preview in GWD, that is OK to link the browser.
But I exported the HTML file, and try to open it.
I cannot click the button to open the browser.
What's step I forget or what should I do to fix it?
Please kindly give me a hand.

Hi Nicole,

Are you creating the banner in a DoubleClick environment with a Tap Area and Exit Event that open to a page in browser?

If it is a DoubleClick environment and you tried to open the Published file in the browser directly, then this is not a bug, you just need to upload the published file to DoubleClick Studio to make the Tap Area and the Exit Event work.

You mean that I can't open the published file in Chrome or IE? just only open it in DoubleClick Studio platform?
