Hi all,

here is my problem:
I've created dynamic product banners for AdWords with the Google Web Designer. When uploading the final file into the AdWords account  the dynamic prices are not displayed. At first I thought that I've created something wrong, but the same thing happened with the templates provided by Google. Products and names are, however dynamically pulled from the feed, but not the prices. Now I'm a little confused and our AdWords-team could not help me here neither.

That's why I have a few brief questions to GWD:
Is there currently a problem with the price shown in the AdWords accounts? What did i do wrong with my price fields?
Can you tell me if I have created the dynamic product links in my GWD file correctly and do they link to the specific product?

Attached you can find my GWD file and two screenshots (GWD preview / AdWords preview)

Thanks a lot,
Domimo

Hi Domimo,

I have tried uploading your published file to our internal testing site using our own test feed and the price on the product seems to show up fine in your creative:

I wonder if there is something not set up properly in the data feed you are using for your account? Would you please check the following data feed troubleshooting page and contact AdWords support?

Hi Emily,

thanks a lot for your support here. Me and my colleagues are still working on a solution. I think we are getting closer to the problem ;).
It seems that the price-feed needs to be in "$". The price is not displayed when we use USD, EUR or even the € sign in the test feed. Is it possible that GWD only responds to a "$" sign in the price feed and maybe that's why the final banner doesn't display the price? We need the price to be in Euro.

Thanks again!

Hi Domimo,

I have tried changing my sample feed to use euro sign instead of $ in the Product Price and it is still showing the price for me when I preview it:

Is it okay for us to try with your feed (JSON file) and take a look at your source files (before publish)? Please send both of them to gwd-s...@google.com.

Thanks,
Emily (GWD Team)
