I am running into trouble when I am trying to upload the ad that I designed through google web designer. I keep getting the error message of "You created the ad with environment "Generic" instead of "AdWords". To continue, convert the file to an "AdWords" environment in Google Web Designer." I have tried everything I have seen on the help pages but the source codes aren't matching and nothing seems to be working. If anyone has another way to fix this error message please let me know!

I just solved exactly the same problem.
I kept "saving" my HTML ad as a zip, while I should have been "publishing it locally" instead.
