Wrong banner sizes

I am not sure if I have messed up with the setting.
All banners I did appeared to be larger.
For instance one 300x250 banner appeared to be 375x313. The ratio is right but the actual size is not.

I tried to test from scratch using the build-in banner presets but it still appears to be wrong. Did a screencap to check the size, and found it was wrong in that canvas size viewing at 100%.

I don't know if I missed something here. Really appreciate if someone can let me know what's going on. Attached is a screencap of what happened.

Hi zan,

What platform are you on? Can you reproduce the issue after quit and relaunch? The only thing I can think of is browser zoom somehow is applied on your build (we disabled it) because the ruler shows the 300x250, same as the view port resizer and the page size.
