failed dependency for openSUSE install

openSUSE Leap 42.2

google-webdesigner_current_x86_64.rpm

Install of download on 16 March 2017 results in fatal error:

Failed dependencies:
libnss3.so(NSS_3.19.1) is needed by google-webdesigner-1.3.10.0-1.x86_64

I looked in YaST2 for the missing library but no luck.

Any idea where to attain this software gem?

The same problem with openSUSE Leap 42.3

Install with zypper
I tried installation of the downloaded rpm with rpm and with yum. Always an error message with failed dependencies.
zypper did the trick.
It installs some additional 32 bit packages
libfreebl3-32bit libsoftokn3-32bit libsqlite3-0-32bit mozilla-nspr-32bit mozilla-nss-32bit mozilla-nss-certs-32bit
