У меня несколько вопросов.
1) Чем я рискую, если удалю эти строки? Зачем они мне нужны? И вообще, какую функцию выполняют?

You will not be able to open the file again in the Google Web Designer if you remove the top portion. Those are metadata used by the tool to determine the file type, etc.

If you remove the link to the files listed at the bottom, you will not be able to get the pages to work as those are required. If you want to have a html file without those files, you can use HTML file instead of Ads but you will not have pages support.

А можно по-подробнее о "но у вас не будет поддержки страниц"? Что это значит, о каких страницах идёт речь?

Значит документации про каждый файл нету? Просто хотелось бы знать, за что отвечает каждый файл, чтобы при необходимости удалить его.
